Samuel R. Sutton
Sam Sutton has more than 20 years of experience as a principal in the acquisition, development, renovation and management of retail, industrial and residential properties. His forte is maximizing the value of properties to achieve a superior tenant mix and synergy through new construction, expansions, renovations and re-leasing.
His current Florida holdings include Alderman Plaza in Palm Harbor, Dunlawton Square in Port Orange, Indian River Village in New Smyrna Beach and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores in Orlando. He also assembled the 200,000 SF Mangrove Bay office complex on Tampa Bay and is a partner in four steakhouses in Florida.
Larry S. Cohen
Senior Vice President
Larry Cohen’s thirty years of experience in the operation, marketing and development of hotels and condominium resorts has made him an industry expert. He has been involved with more than 150 new hotel openings worldwide, and his expertise is the condo-hotel sector includes opening the first two projects built in Orlando Fla.

Ofer Fridfertig is a licensed professional engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in the planning, development, design and construction of major projects throughout North America. He oversees all aspects of development for LBVRV&S including supervising the architects, engineers, general and sub-contractors and interfacing with governmental and regulatory agencies.
Robert Sutton has been involved in both residential and commercial property management and development for more than two decades, including supervising and leasing office and retail centers throughout Florida. Prior to his role as vice president of Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa, he was regional property manager for a major multi-family apartment developer/owner where he supervised more than 5,000 units in complexes in Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina and Florida. He also directed the reconstruction of 1,000 units in Texas following Hurricane Alicia in 1983.

The resort’s general contractor, Welbro Building Corporation, is a dominant force in the hotel/hospitality market with a portfolio of more than 35,000 rooms. The company’s value-engineering early in the design/build process enabled LBVRV&S to maintain its pre-construction pricing. The full-service construction, management and contracting company headquartered in Orlando, Fla. is consistently ranked among the nation’s top contractors by Engineering News Record.
Sky Resort Management
The on-site rental management company is Orlando, Fla.-based Sky Resort Management, an industry leader with more than 70 combined years of experience in hotel, resort and condominium hotel management. The company’s experience and exceptional travel industry relationships make it the standard-setter when it comes to promoting resort style properties to both the U.S. domestic and international markets.
